Where can i receive a free neopolitan mastiff?

my mom dad and i have bn looking for a neo a female tho cuz we have a male english mastiff we DO NOT want a female to breed with our dog but rather a sister figure or something just as a friend . we live in long beach california usa and we have bn looking i wuld greatly appreciate any info
