Major first kiss problems?

How should I get ready to kiss my boyfriend? How should I snuggled up to him? Rest my head on his shoulder, maybe his chest? Should I wear lip gloss? Should I ask him to kiss me? Should I just kiss him? If I do, then how do I do that without chickening out? And where do I put my hands? Should I worry where he puts his hands? When we stop the kiss, how should I adjust myself? How long should a first kiss last? Does anything change if you're in a movie theater? How about our age? We're in middle school. He's a year younger than me. What should I do? I need major help!
