Can Isopropyl Alcohol be use to evaporate water in a gasoline tank?

I just saw on the news that the ethanol being put into our gasoline can cause water to build up in your boat's gas tank (it also causes corrosion of the fuel lines and the tank itself), and I was wondering if a little Isopropyl Alcohol could evaporate the water in the tank (since it is very volatile)
