I want to start a bakery? can anyone give me good tips on this? close the restaurant business?

I am sick of the price of bread in our country I want to start a bakery and a place to process other items which will not be sold for high prices. I would like to shut down restaurant and fast food places and start a community out reach type program to teach people to cook and eat like they are out but in their homes. I worked in grocery and restaurants and they make hugh profits and i want to help my fellow men and women in this time of crisis and teach them things too.
