You could get a much better RB for Brady than Smith. If it isn't for a Slaton, Jones-Drew, Jones, or a top-tier #1 RB (no timeshares) with a solid O-line and additional players, I would veto it. With the numbers Brady just put up, I would be very picky with what you get for him.
