A lot of hair questions. PLEASE ANSWER!?

so what i think is that you should cut your hair so it will look a bit more healthy. dont dye it and just let it grow out. as for haircut id say the second one. and do not highlight your hair. lightening is worse than just normal color because it strips your hair. id leave your natural hair colour. thats color on guys is pretty damn attractive.
