Why does bs work so well on women?

So im a guy that says a lot of bs things to women, however i very seldom get turned down by pretty women. The things i say to them are unbelievable. im sure they know im selling them a line of bs but things always seem to work out in my favor. my best buddy can't believe i act like this. says he could never be such a player. to me its like taking candy from a baby. So why does bs work so well on so many women?
