Who will sneak in for 8th playoff spot in the east and will the Suns Make it?

I think it's between the Bulls & Bobcats both teams have been playing well since the all-star game. Bulls have made good trade that made them better so is the Bobcats and they have Larry Brown. I think for the Suns to make it in the playoffs they need to win and hope the Mavs & Blazers to lose some games.
