Where is this painting located now?

This picture of Queen Elizabeth knighting St. Francis Drake was one of the illustrations by Thomas Heath Robinson(1899-1950) -to a volume of Edwardian children stories. In other words, you won't find it in a museum collection but in a library holding this series of books.
