Please help me! Period confusion?!?

I know I've asked this before but I need to conferm answers so I know, and no one seems to be answering!. So please, please, please give your opinion. At the beginning of the month, I was seeing TINY red dots on my undies for about 3 days. There was about 3 to 5 dots a day. Was that my period? Or a prelude of it? I'm 13, have had discharge for 1 1/2 years, pubic hair, moodiness, cramping, tender , diarrhea, and the past two days I've had terrrrrrrrrible stomach aches! My mom got hers at 13 or 14.The ibuprofen seems to take care of it, though. Thanks again! =)
