In what country can I and my colombian girlfriend get married with just our pports ?

i am from the u.s.a. and my girlfriend is from colombia. colombian marriage law require me to have my birth certificate, and i don't have it, i only have my u.s. pport. where can me and colombian girlfriend travel and get married with just our u.s.a. and colombian pports ???? please help !!!
