During the time that it takes meat to thaw, bacteria can flourish in the warmer portions of the meat. If you re-freeze it, then thaw it again, the bacteria have a head start and can rise to dangerous levels very quickly.

No cental heating working with combi boiler?

We have gas to the boiler and the water is getting heated but we have no central heating. The pilot light is on but there is no lights on the receiving unit.
